Creativity is one of the coolest human attributes. The ability to create something that never existed before honors something deep within us that makes us truly unique as human beings.
This program can help you get into the creative flow more easily. You are able to intentionally switch your thought channel to where you can access inspiration, insight, wisdom, solutions, and pure genius.
Creativity is the great equalizer and is available across all races, social-economic, cultural, and IQ levels. Everyone can use the creative flow to come up with solutions from day-to-day problems to the big ones that affect our future sustainability.
It is available to everyone and helps us move from a place of living in our problems to solving our problems.
For athletes, being in the flow means performing from an instinctual level, not in your head. For team sports, it’s a place where you are operating from a subconscious connection to your teammates and opponents. It’s as if you know the plays before they happen and you allow your body to play the game.
When you access the creative flow, you allow your true greatness to come through you.
Our Program
Our programs focus on building creativity and collaboration in teams by understanding the fundamentals of thought and the potential results of tuning into The Clear Thinking Channel. The following lessons are facilitated discussion topics where the team shares experiences related to the topic. The goal of each lesson is for all members to experience understanding through deeper listening and to create a good feeling.
Overview: Getting out of your head, out of your thoughts, allows you to connect with the flow of inspiration, intuition, and creativity. You have access to all the answers you need, you just need to learn how to tune out one channel and tune into the flow in the Clear Thinking Channel. By understanding how your thinking works and is blocking your creativity, you can learn how to more easily access and use it.
Lesson 1: All feelings are created from a thought. It’s coming from inside you, not from something or someone outside of you.
Lesson 2: You can get freedom from thoughts creating unwanted feelings by deep listening, deep connection, and accessing the flow of wisdom and creativity.
Lesson 3: The goal is always to create a good feeling. Look to see something new about a situation or something causing feelings you don’t want. Look for insight or a deeper understanding.
Lesson 3: Enjoy it. The more fun you have with this process the better it works. Think of it as lightening your cognitive load.
Lesson 4: Work with others when problem-solving or looking for new ideas. When practiced with others, amazing, profound results occur.
Lesson 5: Create respectful open environments for connection, creativity, and collaboration by deep listening free of judgment, free of agenda, and free of shame.
Lesson 5: Begin to look for the inspiration, hope, kindness, grace, respect, and joy that come from connecting.
Lesson 6: Being to trust that the deep inner knowledge comes from our true, perfect core and can not be hurt by anything in the human experience. Everything in this place is supporting your well-being.
Lesson 7: Your thoughts are content, a feed, when you recognize that certain thoughts are clickbait and can become a thought spiral, you learn to not click just look for the next thought. Your thoughts are not you, you are the just thinker becoming aware of the flow of your thoughts.
Lesson 8: Recognize your “should”. Thoughts of expectations can trigger disappointment. Expectations are just thoughts that trigger strong feelings.
How it Works
You were born happy and with 100% self-esteem and amazing access to creativity. (Just observe small children in make-believe play.)
You then began experiencing the world through your thoughts. Based on your experiences, you developed beliefs about yourself, how the world works, and your relationships with everyone and everything around you.
These are just thoughts that feel real because they trigger feelings because you can not have a feeling without a thought.
Your core of perfect self-esteem and access to creativity is still there. It’s the true essence of who you are.
By seeing this connection, recognizing a feeling you don’t like, and seeing the thought that created it. Then, wait for it, observe the next thought and you begin to allow thoughts to pass.
As you allow thoughts to pass, you get into The Flow and switch over to The Clear Thinking Channel.
Just by observing your stream of thoughts and how they create your experience of the world by triggering feelings, you will get into “The Flow State” faster and faster.
